passport despair
Posted by: his royal highness In: announcements| life, thoughts & ramblings
the morale of today’s story is:-
1. always renew your passport before it almost expires (MALE only problem)
2. if no. 1 does not apply, MAKE a new passport when the passport threaten to expires
3. try not be MALE in the first place. because you need to apply an EXIT PERMIT if you are leaving the nation… for even a holiday. because singapore’s afraid you’ll run away.

first it was hong kong from ting ger. then its probably hong kong again from mr car & tigeress. next came ‘i want korea or australia’ from model.. then it became thailand from model. the locations and the crowd control continued to be great with the multiple invitations. it felt good to be welcomed =)
and then TA MA DE. his highness’ passport EXPIRED… it was like… WA LAO!
that STINKS!
processing a new passport will take time. time which could not be afforded. and his highness doesn’t have 3 days to a week to get a new one done. meaning he won’t make it pass the time schedule by model. booking tickets and hotels online required such things to be done early. cos the prices increases with each passing day.
ARGH!!!
GROWL!!!
SHARKS!!!

it truly stinks. for all the males in singapore, leaving is probably the most troublesome item that you can have. simply leaving for the overseas is a damm crime if one does not apply for EXIT PERMIT aka leave from the government. PUI. they assume one is alway trying to run away…
second, all male’s passport isn’t valid as it is for 10 years (it’s now 5 years for males) e.g you made your passport in 1998, it should last till 2008. but, if you’re male, it ‘expires’ in a 10 months (Jan. 1998 - Oct. 1998). so, you kind of need to ‘renew’ it every 10 months? if it’s ‘due’ in 2008, you jolly well need to REMAKE one because you can’t renew it.
third, if you look way better now than before. you can’t renew. you have to make a new one. why? they assume every good citizen did plastic surgery. erm… we are not koreans…
enough said. PUI

it’s annoying when somone thinks and answer in a clueless manner. argh.
annoying.
argh. his highness is just annoyed more with himself for not remaking that damm passport. afterall, goddess did reminded him. she once said: “just in case you need it on short notice.” back them, his highness was thinking… nah… even if he’s going overseas… he’ll have due time.
and then a short notice came from model to travel for grad trip. DOTS.
