~ we are chiwasu ?!

just tonight (rather, it was like 10 minutes ago), someone knocked on the gates. his royal highness answered the door himself (which really only occur on a blue moon)… to find two someones. one’s dress in red, the other in white cotton.

really, don’t ask him why he even noticed what they were wearing. he just did. all in a short 3 seconds of real-time conversation.

the one in red said, “we have this last box of ??? wall’s ice-cream … … … normally, it’s sold at SGD 6.50, now we’re selling at SGD 4.50.” (and that was all done in rapid shot mode.

without having second thoughts, his highness said, “sure, i’ll take it.” and proceeds to get some cash.

the one in white went “wow” quietly.

throughout the transaction, his highness pondered:-

1. why are 2 girls doing door-to-door ice-cream sales in the night? it was probably around 2230 hours. did someone forced them?

2. one’s obviously dressed in work attire. the red top the elder one was wearing signifies that she’s a walls ice-cream employee. the other girl in white cotton is and must be a tag-along sibling (she’s too young to be a friend). so why are they hauling one mini ice-cream fridge on a pulley trolley selling ice-cream at night? what is wrong? are they being abuse? is wall’s ice-cream abusing child labor? they are simply too THIN to be moving something so heavy around!

3. the one in red look like a teen still in secondary school. teens under legal age don’t do part-time at night.

and with all three reasons in mid, his highness got the last box of ice-cream (that thing about last box is lightly not too true, but still…)

and now as his royalness blogs, the girl in red seems cute…

and she will be dropping by here again. simply because she remembered where his highness stays. she was of course, memorizing the house number during the exchange.

such potential, wasted on selling ice-cream.

mark his words, his highness sees a lot of potential in the girl. and he trusts his foresight.
