and his royal highness finally decided to activated the horrible looking card with much displeasure.

firstly, it’s ugly.

secondly, it’s HUGE

thirdly, the ezlink functions interferes too much with the other ezlink card in his wallet. on that, he agrees with kathy.

lastly, they forced it on us. that’s a bad no-no for pr.

uob had to do the unbelievable on us debit cards holders… they terminated all of our uob visa mini debits cards and forced all of us to use the really ugly uob now debit card with effect from jul. 14, 2008 (tt’s like kt’s birthday… lol… happy 24 man…).

a product that use screams sheer beauty has now been replaced by one of pure ugliness.

at least, the embarrassment of using the uob now debit card will stopped us from spending too much on it… perhaps that’s the only good point about the card…

otherwise, it’s uob’s special tribute to ndp 2008? red and white is the color of our nation singapore. and so, uob is paying their tribute to the host nation with a red card?

perhaps so…
