Posted by: his royal highness In: politics| tech world
annoying validation for microsoft office 2007 is annoying for firefox users!!! why? his highness thinks it’s all a plot for microsoft to save its dying internet explorer… then again…
and the creation of the SaveAs ‘PDF’ and ‘XPS’ is an attempt by microsoft to soften adobe’s domination in the pdf arena. hmm… politics at work
so, his royal highness started google-ing. and here’s a direct download link to the SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe (http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/4/b/f4bfd843-a0b6-4031-aa98-0a3db7403d0f/SaveAsPDFandXPS.exe) link from microsoft, all bypassing the validation process (via My Digital Life)
all to hail mozilla firefox and microsoft? (who am i kidding)
